born around 50 years ago in Bavaria and firmly rooted there, nonetheless very interested in "the rest of the world".

I'm a qualified mechanical engineer and have been employed in the IT sector for a long time.

I have always been been active in social topics in addition to my work. I was interested in the ideals and aims of the stovemakers right from the start:

• Donations are used 100% for projects
• The efficiency and effectiveness of the stovemakers is especially compelling.  If we abstain from an ice cream at the ice cream parlour and instead donate the 8€ to the stovemakers a family in Nepal has a healthier, more energy efficient life for years to come.

I'm glad to be able to help where development aid helps avoid illness so directly and efficiently.
